Before we dive in I just want to make clear that this is not a lecture and I am not a mindfulness expert.
It’s just me, inviting you into my world and sharing how mindfulness has allowed me to radically transform my life, how I live, how I work, how I teach, how I achieve and accomplish things at full speed.
Today, I also share why mindfulness is not what you think and why sometimes we ignore mindfulness because it can look deceivingly simple.
That’s exactly why it took me over 20 years to discover that mindfulness was more profound and that’s why it’s so important for me that you really understand: What is mindfulness and how it can change your life.
